From Terrace to Firelight
Willow Way Manor offers the feeling of a countryside escape while remaining conveniently close to the Upper Highway’s main routes. With established gardens, sweeping lawns, and a warm, family-run atmosphere, it has become a favourite for couples seeking a relaxed yet elegant celebration.

Winter is arguably one of the most beautiful times to marry at Willow Way Manor. The cooler temperatures and reduced chance of rainfall create ideal conditions for outdoor ceremonies on the garden terrace, where couples exchange vows surrounded by natural beauty.
After the ceremony, guests can enjoy canapés and cocktails on the lawns while the bridal couple takes advantage of the venue’s picturesque gardens for photographs. As the afternoon light softens, celebrations naturally transition to the Grand Room reception venue. Here, cosy lounge spaces, warm interiors and roaring fire pits in the courtyard create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to linger and celebrate long into the evening.
Beyond weddings, Willow Way Manor hosts bridal showers, birthdays, baby showers, conferences and product launches, but it is the personal touch that truly sets the venue apart. As a family-run business, the owners remain actively involved in every aspect of an event, helping to ensure each celebration feels effortless and special.
A Wedding of Their Own
For venue owner and bride Jessica Coetzee, who celebrated her wedding at Willow Way Manor, the seamless flow of the day was one of its greatest strengths.

“It truly was an amazing day. Everything ran so smoothly and perfectly; the staff were incredible in making the day effortless and worry-free for me. I couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful celebration with all the elements in one place: ceremony, canapés, creative photoshoot and reception.”
Jessica says the outdoor terrace ceremony and sunset over the gardens were particular highlights, whilst the courtyard fire pits quickly became a favourite gathering place for guests once the reception was underway.
